Jorge Garcia Interview
I’m writing about my personal experience with Jorge Garcia interview. I think it is worth taking a minute to learn more about actor Jorge Garcia. He’s been playing characters with great energy, honesty, and intensity since he was a young boy.
My mother made me watch a movie in which Jorge Garcia played the right-hand man of an evil FBI agent. He wasn’t really evil, but just being the right-hand man for a bad guy and taking care of his brother’s bride as well. The movie is called “The King of New York.”
Now, when you hear about Jorge Garcia, you think about him as a TV actor. You may have seen his character, “Miguel,” on “Hawaii Five-O” or seen him on the popular sitcom “General Hospital.” Most people know Jorge from his turn as a drug smuggler in the popular HBO series “The Corner.” His character on that show, “Nicky,” was more devoted to his wife, “Marlene,” than to himself.
People who know about actor Jorge Garcia know that he has done more than one TV series. He’s appeared in movies such as “If a Tree Falls, You Will Fall With It,” “Seminar,” “The Baby-Sitters Club,” “Gladiator,” “The Nightmare Before Christmas,” “The Pit,” “Sleeper,” “Clerks,” “Scott Pilgrim vs. the World,” “Cagney & Lacey,” “Dead Man” and many others. I think that his career really takes off when he is able to portray some of the most disturbing characters imaginable on television.
Since so many of us enjoy watching TV, we want to know what goes on behind the scenes at the Television Academy when they cast a new show, choose an actor to play a role or sometimes even decide who should be in it. Well, I thought it would be fun to take a few minutes to interview actor Jorge Garcia to find out about his experiences in this business.
I asked actor Jorge Garcia a few questions, some that were personal and some that were a little outside the box. The questions included, “When was the last time you slept?” and “What is your biggest fear?” I then asked him if he had a favorite character on TV.
He replied, “I have a whole bunch of favorites…I’ve loved Carlos Mencia on ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm,’ and Walter Koenig on ‘Breaking Bad.’ I also really like Michael McKean on ‘The Practice.’ So, I don’t really watch any other shows.”
So, now you know what you are getting when you hear actor Jorge Garcia talk. If you have not seen him on “General Hospital,” you can catch up with it when it re-airs on ABC. Then you can see him in the film “The Devil’s Own.” You’ll love it.
